The security code sticker that is used to identify if the product is authentic from Eleaf was removed by FastTech in purpose. Eleaf enforces a Minimum Advertisement Price policy, which is commonly known as MAP. FastTech was never asked to and thus has never signed any sort of such MAP agreements with Eleaf .
As a precaution for avoiding possible legal actions taken by Eleaf to raise FastTech's prices to customers, we chose to remove all security stickers from all such products. We apologize for this.
Please note that FastTech never advertised that these products come with security stickers, nor do we advertise the products as officially endorsed by Eleaf. FastTech is commited in providing genuine products at low prices.

Would you like to have replacement sent in this case? We can ship replacement when the item is returned back and shipping reimburse will be issued when we receive your shipping receipt or package photo for stamp shipped items.
Can you kindly check with your local post office for the least expensive shipping cost to return the defective item back to Hon g kong? We will reimburse the postage fully in this case. Please kindly quote us the shipping fee of registered/unregistered international postal letter mail if possible. International parcel or express service is the last to be considered considering their high expense.
