I have sent you (in a separate e-mail) your RMA number and our return address in Hong Kong. Please clearly mark your RMA number on the address line, otherwise the package will be refused.
Please arrange to ship the defective item back via cheapest mail as you have quoted. Simply to send us a picture of the return receipt and we will reimburse you the shipping cost as per the policy.
