Would you like to have replacement sent in this case? We can ship replacement when the item is returned back and shipping reimburse will be issued when we receive your shipping receipt or package photo for stamp shipped items.
Can you kindly check with your local post office for the least expensive shipping cost to return the defective item back to HONGKONG by LETTER mail firstly? We will reimburse the postage fully in this case. Please kindly quote us the shipping fee of registered/unregistered international postal letter mail if possible. International parcel or express service is the last to be considered considering their high expense.

Hello, I have a man, who can change electronic board in mod, can you send me a new electronic board? Since we need customers' help to return the defective so that we can send them back to the manufacturers to check and improve the problem. A replacement will be sent to you once the returned package delivers.
If you don't want to send it back to get a replacement, how about we issue you $15.00 value via store credit as the reimbursement for it? This way, you do not have to go through the hassle of returning it. Store credit is a gift certificate code and it's good as cash. Simply enter it in step 3 of checkout. The code can't be put in the blank which is for coupon code. Coupon code is different from gift certificate code. you can enter it in step 3 of checkout. There is a gift certificate link right above the "Place Order" button.
Please make sure that there should be no space before or after the code when you enter it into the blank.
