на емейл при заказе приходит нормальный инвойс.

Такой инвойс есть конечно, он и в аккаунте, и в палке, но хотелось бы документ с печатью, саппорт прислал письмо с запросом номера, а я им писал в теме.

I am very sorry to hear that. normally many customers ask us to declare small prices less than real prices to help orders through customs. if you want us to declare your orders at real prices, please leave your requirements in the comment table so we will do that.
