По умолчанию 3 минуты до отключения , но есть сервисная инструкция по выключению функции " автовыключения "

Hold down the MODE button and press and release the ON button. Do not release the MODE button. The display should show an animation. Release the MODE button.
The display should show a continuously updating number (raw weight reading)
Press and release the ON button
The display should show "F1 2". F1 is the auto turn off function, the number 2 represents the amount of 30sec intervals.
Press MODE to decrease or TARE to increase this number. 8*30 sec = 4 minutes, 0 will disable auto turn off
Press and release the ON button until the display shows Err2 to exit the menu.
WARNING: If these instructions don't work, try things at your own risk.

If you modify random settings not knowing what they are, make sure you can change it back. Adjustable settings will be things like auto turn off timer, maximum weight, digits of precision, calibration curve, correlation coefficient, etc.
Good luck! Don't forget to turn it off or your batteries will die.
