As you may have noticed that there was no tracking information available for your package during the past few weeks. This was caused due to the current strict inspection of the aviation security.
Your package has just been returned to us. Considering the risk of being returned/delayed again, we are compelled to make a final refund for your order. You will receive a confirmation email regarding the refund from PayPal in a moment.
You can place a new order after the refund if you still like to get the products. We have Swiss Post and China Post available now which would be better than HongKong Post since HongKong Post is under a bad situation. Sorry for not being able to arrange the re-shipment for the orders, because there were too many orders being affected. Your understanding would be highly appreciated.
