Доставка аромок The Perfumer's Apprentice

СРОЧНАЯ ИНФОРМАЦИЯ:
С 27 марта НИ ОДНА посылка с жидкостями не была отправлена из США!!! Все отправленные как с нашего склада, так и со склада ТПА были возвращены назад. Мы работаем с почтой USPS, чтобы решить данную проблему.
Компания ТПА уже начала возвращать деньги покупателям за товары.

Следовательно нам предстоит возвраты за транспортировку.
Мы стараемся решить эту проблему в ближайшее время!

kirich1971, а какие-то объяснения есть?

Итак, уже второе апреля.
И я подтверждаю пост, написанный вчера.
Мы ведем напряженный диалог с почтой для решения этого вопроса.

Не знаю что они там не отправляют, на четвертый день после заказа прислали письмо о принятии мной рисков. Отправил согласие)). По идее должны на днях отправить, посмотрим.

какие новости по отправке аромок? что нибудь изменилось со 2 апреля?

Не знаю как у kirich1971 моя посылка с 4oz едет , уже в Лос Анжелесе трекнулась.:)

We always recommend using a forwarder for Russia.

We unfortunately have been having problems shipping to Russia using UPS.

Unfortunately, Russia has put a ban on anything food related being shipped into Russia, including our Flavoring.

We have gotten back over 15 orders this week from Russia for that reason.

Unfortunately we have recently found out, Fedex and DHL have the same restrictions.

United States to Russia Restrictions
Food
Foodstuff is any product that can be eaten or drunk for nutritional or beneficial purpose by human beings and animals.
It includes alcoholic beverages, tea, wine, animal products, bakery products, dairy products, dried fruit, fish and fish products, food supplements, meat, pastry products and vitamins.


Food Supplements
Shipments of vitamins require a permit from the Russian Ministry of Health. This is valid for both, private and commercial importers with the exception that private importers are only allowed to import vitamins which are already registered in Russia.
For food supplements classified as medicine the requirements for medicine applies.


Currently, UPS won't accept any packages to Russia that are food related, including our flavors.
So to Russia, We can not and will not use UPS.

USPS have long delays, some clear customs and some come back to us.
​It is the more reliable option but we can not guarantee it's delivery.

Fedex and DHL are not sending packages to Russia to individuals. Only to businesses.

Shipping any of the above shipping methods, you will need to accept the risk.


The other option you can try for shipping your flavors to Russia, is to you find a freight forwarder.
We recommend this option the most.

We will then ship your order to them and they will ship it to you in Russia.

You can try this forwarder if you like, he specializes in Russian shipments.
He hasn't had any problems with Russian customs and might be a good option for you.

As previously stated, if we ship your orders directly to Russia, we can not guarantee that it will clear Russian customs and be delivered.

You can try to find a freight forwarder that will ship to Russia.

You can accept the risk of shipping to Russia.

We will then ship your order in accordance with whichever shipping company you decide to use, however if your order is Returned, Destroyed, or Confiscated by customs before it arrives to you, we will not be held financially responsible for your order.

By accepting the risk, you are accepting that we have advised you against shipping to Russia, and any attempt on your part to have your order shipped directly to Russia that result in the package or product getting Lost, Destroyed or Returned will not be the responsibility of The Perfumer's Apprentice & The Flavor Apprentice. By accepting, you are agreeing that if your package gets Lost, Destroyed or Returned,The Perfumer's Apprentice & The Flavor Apprentice will not be issuing any refunds.

давно уже эта простыня рассылается, отвечаешь, что принимаешь риски и вперед - все нормально доезжает обычным способом без всяких посредников :xz:

Если вкратце, то:
Они всегда рекомендовали использовать посредников. Сейчас у них проблемы с доставкой в Россию посредством УПС, потому что Россия наложила запрет на ввоз всяческих продуктовых товаров, в том числе, их аромок.
На этой неделе таможня вернула 15 посылок назад. Те же проблемы с другими службами: DHL, Fedex
