Приподнял спираль на 1мм вкус совсем пропал

Поднимать и не нужно, можно даже еще ниже опустить, чем на фото у тебя. Зазора в 1мм будет достаточно. Мотай 8 витков на 2.5 мм и если есть то проволоку используй 0.3 нержу или нихром, при этом мощности 20-22 ватта будет достаточно.
