Я заметил что в зависимости от времени самозамесы получаются лучше или хуже. Если вы хотите чтобы десертные вкусы лучше раскрывались, то их нужно мешать в третью среду месяца, вечером. Фруктовоягодные же лучше всего замешивать при полной луне. Выпечку лучше всего смешивать рано утром, еще до первых петухов, часа в 4 или в 5. Так же я заметил что при растущей луне жидкость лучше настаивается и меньше окисляется никотин, чем при убывающей. А что можете посоветовать вы?
